International Shipping:

Over half of our orders are shipped to other countries. This is easy and trouble-free. Shipping to most countries takes 1 week (including customs). We ship via EMS with tracking. For UPS or FedEx, contact us.

International duties and VAT:

Most countries charge taxes on imports. The buy page lists approximate taxes for some countries. These taxes are not paid to x0x Source when ordering. They are paid to the post office when receiving the package. If you wish us to declare a different value on the package, write us a message while ordering. It is not illegal for us to lie to your government, but it may cause delays if you are called in to your post office. It will also reduce the insurance value.

International power adapter:

The x0xb0x is shipped either with a 110v->9vAC adapter for U.S. customers, or with an international 220v->9vAC adapter.

Return Policy:

30-day unconditional refund. If you're unsatisfied with your x0xb0x, you may return it within 30 days from the bid date for a full refund (excl. shipping).

Warranty:

3-year warranty on parts, labor, and two-way shipping. (All warrantied repair costs are on us, even for customers in Europe and Asia.)
